We've moved

Swapping West Sussex for the "Bannau Brycheiniog" ( Brecon Beacons as it used to be known).

After nearly 18 years here in West Sussex we are on the move, this time to the heartland of mid-Wales in the Brecon Beacons.

The IT hardware move was scheduled for December 8th, and we had hoped to be fully operational there by 11th December. However thanks to BT, we are not there yet, and it’s still not 100% sorted, hence the “radio silence” since early December.

There will be no change to our contact details, the phone numbers and e-mail addresses for both our businesses ( “Partfinder Limited” and “Gatwick Distribution Services Ltd") will remain the same as they are internet based connections anyway. We may well end-up renaming GDS, but that is a low priority at them moment.

Here is the view from our new office/home when we moved in:

Peaceful and inspiring as well as a few less aircraft than at London Gatwick. It’s a bit more seasonal this morning though, first full day back at work after the Xmas break, minus 6°C when the dogs took your author out this morning was a bit of a shock.

As you can imagine there was a lot of activity as we prepared for this move, and it’s been really good to see the platform activity numbers ramp up recently, peaking in mid-December at just under 50 visitors/hour. We always see a slump over Christmas, but this year looks like breaking the trend.

A great picture for a Tuesday morning with Mondays numbers looking like breaking the 300 visitor per day barrier for the first time since the summer.

It’s another reason to get your stock listed with us and get some sales moving.
